Last month I downloaded all the sales data from sold items. I have found it in the archived area but cannot find it again for the "not archived" sold items. Please guide me.

Hello,
You would need to archive those items and then download the archive. There is currently no option to create a sales report from unsold items still going through post sale.

As usual YOU did not read and/or comprehend what I wrote. I, on the other hand may have not made it clear enough for you. I never mentioned "unsold" items, only the sold ones. I created this download last month, but do not remember the link I used. Oh well, thanks for your effort anyway.
