Hi I would like my emails to have my name instead of my account name. Is there anyway to do this. I know I can edit the emails but instead of it saying ebjs3 can I have it say Eric Reinhardt. Seems like I can not change it.

Hello,
You can edit this in My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options. I assume you are referring to the Checkout Process Welcome Message -- just put your name in there instead.
