How do I get my image to the thumbnail on the top left corner of the ebay motors auction ads?

I know this can be done on ebay motors, I use auctionworks, and they automatically put whatever your first image info the ebay motors thumbnail.

How do I do this with your program?

Hello,

For parts and accessories, it works the same as it does for regular eBay auctions -- you choose the 25 cent gallery option in the Features section. The other top categories will automatically take the first one unless you use gallery featured, in which case you can pick your image.

Hello,

Which auction ID are you referring to? I checked one earlier and you had applied the gallery image to it, so the thumb is definitely working.

Hello Crowdercustomizing,

I checked the listing in eBay search and it comes up with a gallery thumbnail. Here is the link to the search I did. If it is the eBay picture preview you are referring to, please double check your settings for it in eBay Site Specifics (the first item in this search has this but the second doesn't which is why I am asking).

Regards,

Sonya

The first item I listed with vendio and there is no image preview on the auction..

The second auction was listed with auctionworks and there is a image preview in the top left hand corner of the auction page it self.

I am not talking about the gallery image, but the ebay preview image at the top left corner of the second auction I gave you...

I need the vendio auction to have the ebay motors preview in the top left hand corner of the auction...

let me know...

Hello,

Did you recently change your Photo Preview settings? As long as you have it set to display one of the available options (other than leave this space blank) it should show up on items.

Hello,

You may edit these settings in your My Account tab, in eBay Site Specifics. Keep in mind that changes you make will only apply to new listings that you do.
