Hi I have been finding out that some of my customers are not receiving the shipment email. I was wondering if there was a problem with the system or was it me.

What are some of the item ID numbers where this has happened? It may be related to the ISP of your winners.

It would be very helpful if all emails were CC'd not just WBN.
