I listed a Homer Laughlin platter this morning via VD. In my pending auctions it has ERROR, in the details the following information is displayed:
ERROR 10007
Internal Failed to the application
Internal error to the appliation.
I went to Ebay and the item is showing up on my listings. I tried to import this item, but it will not import into my VD Active Auctions.
This is not a relist. It is a new listing. Please assist me to import into my Active Auctions.

The item has listed now in my Active Auctions, but the counter has N/A in the column for counting the hits on this item. Could you please fix this for me on your end? I tried refreshing, but it still has N/A. I have never had this to happen before. This is the first time I have used a 5 day auction or BIN in the same auction. Does this have something to do with all the problems with this listing.

Unfortunately, because it was imported, you will not be able to view the number of hits from the Active Auctions view. You will need to view the hits from the counter page:
