I just had an item sell. The auction is in the closed auction section, but the post sale is not there. It doesn't even say there was a bidder, just that it ended.
It was a fixed price auction, but I have never had this problem before. I can't send out an EOA e-mail or anything.
If someone could help with this, I would appreciate it.

What is the item number where this happened?
Try placing a check mark beside it, then click the refresh button built into the page once. This will typically load the PSM keys if the item has *just* closed.
