I have not used Vendio for over four months and my images have been deleted. I started uploading the images again. Then I went to inventory and tried to update the images in the inventory and they won't attach. I have checked the processing several times and clicked all the required buttons.
Do I need to delete my inventory and start over in order to get the images back or is there some way to do this that I am not understanding?

Hi Greengate,
If you uploaded them with the same names as their originals, it will replace the deleted images, so you would not have to do anything to those inventory items. If you have given them new names, you will need to detach the other ones -- keep in mind you can only attach four images to an inventory item.
If this does not help please let us know what happens when you attempt to attach an image.

Thanks Sonya for the response. I tried your suggestion several times and no luck in getting the images inserted into the old inventory. I also tried several variations of the "on" "off" button just over the image boxes. No luck there either. Is there any way to reset the images? I have a lot of work ahead of me if I have to redo all my inventory. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
Did you reupload your images? To attach them to inventory items, select the image from the list -- you'll see it appear to your right in the image preview box. Click on the little paperclip icon to attach it to the inventory item. When you are all done, click Save at the bottom of the inventory listing.
