mailstep is skipping some auctions and not marking them as paid@!!!!

Hello,
Unfortunately the mailstep system can miss items from time to time. Have you taken a look at the newer setup avaialble using the PayPal IPN system to automatically mark your items as paid?
For more information, click on the My Account tab, then the Post Sale Accel link found within. The 'click here' link at the top of the page is where you will find the directions to enable it, its really fast and simple to setup.
