Hi,
I'm in the process of scheduleing auctions and when I attached the images to the third auction the images are blurry. They weren't when I uploaded them. I checked the other 2 auctions and those images are fine. I then checked all of the images that I've have uploaded at Vendio and some of them are blurry also. Some of the pictures in one of my eBay auctions (3664511099) are blurry too. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!
Thanks,
Carolc
Hello,
It's been a few hours now and I'm still having a problem with blurry, distorted images. Is this problem being adressed? I don't want to launch any auctions until this problem has been correct. The pictures are now blurry in the 3 auctions I have running on eBay.

Are you an AOL users or are you using an ISP accelerator?
If you are an AOL user, try clearing the cache and history in your browser. Next, go to your AOL "WWW" Preferences. You should see an option to "compress graphics". Disable this option, then close out of Preferences. Refresh your page, and your images should clear up.
Best Regards,
No. I'm not an AOL user. MSN is my ISP. MSN does have a dial up accelerator but mine is is set on level 1 (images are not compressed and quality isn't supppose to be degraded.) What I don't understand is why some of my images where fine 3 hours ago but are blurry now, and some of the ones that were blurry earlier are fine now?
I disabled the MSN accelerator and rebooted. The images are still blurry.

Your images are appearing fine from our end. Please double check your browser settings and your accelerator settings -- also try viewing the images on an alternate browser. Let us know if the problem persists.
I did check them on an alternitive browser and the same images are blurry.
I did find that it's only some of the scaled down images that I'm having problems with. The full size pictures are fine. As are some of the smaller images.
