How can a customer change a pre set shipping cost? Isn't there somewhere where a seller can set this permanently? to allow customers to change shipping cost?

Hi there,
Buyers cannot edit the shipping costs that are entered in seller preferences. This is to prevent a buyer from altering the agreed-upon shipping price. If you need to change the shipping price, you can do this by going to post-sale, and unchecking step #1. In this step, you can re-specify your shipping preferences. Once this is done, you can resend the WBN with the updated shipping (make sure you uncheck step #2 as well.)
