I am unable to archive this auction , afte I archive it it is still in closed auctions please advise

Are you receiving an error of some sort? What happens after you check the box next to the item and then archive it? Do you receive any messaging at all? Also, please let us know if you would like us to try archiving it for you from here - we will do this but need you to confirm that it's OK.
