Hi, I'am trying to post my first auction. The problem I face is that I can not activate my auction listing because Vendio is stating that my eBay User I.D. and password is not valid. The eBay User I.D., and password, however, is valid. Please advise as to how to address this issue, so I can activate my auction listing. Thank you.

Hello,

Try simply resubmitting it. I ran a test submission and eBay seems to be accepting the username/password info now without error.

Let us know if it comes back in error again.
