Hi there,
I have created and saved a new template for ebay items. I have also changed my custom listing text (using microsoft frontpage) to match the new template. In the preview everything looks fine. I set the template as my default and launched my auction.
When viewing my items on ebay the template appearing was the old template with the new custom listing text inserted. Also, the ebay text with the auction ending time etc. had been whited out and was unreadable. ebay help informed me this was an html code problem to do with closing a font instruction but I have not written any html so I can't see where the problem would come from.

My guess is it came from the FrontPage application. You can see the HTML it added to your customer listing text section.
To correct the problem, I'd copy the text in this area and place it in an HTML validator (type in "HTML validator" at Goggle; the CSE program is really good). Running the validator should point out the errors in the FrontPage code.
Best Regards,

Thanks Darin I have tried that but there were so many errors I couldn't work it out and even the validator gave up! How can this be? I have now used the custom info box and only added a table to the text section. I still have the problem that vendio launches the old template even though I set the new one as default.
