I have a customer who won an auction, I sent all information to the email addresss listed on the ebay account, it all came back.
Then I received payment notification from paypal using another email address.
Is there anyway for me to edit the customers email address to reflect the correct one?
If you click on the set of post sale keys for your item, you will see up on the upper right, where the buyer's email address is listed. Next to it is an 'edit' link. Click on that to change the buyer's email address.
