I just had a paypal payment that did not come through Vendio.

Any reasons why?

Never had this happen before...

Hello,

Did they pay you through Vendio Checkout or was it a payment initiated through the Send Money tab in PayPal? Was it to the email address you have on file in Vendio? You have all the right steps checked off for Post Sale Acceleration, as well as the proper storage of your PayPal email address.

Was it an e-check that has not cleared?

Is it for a multi-item purchase?

happens to us all the time and we haven't figured out why, so we process each one
