Thank you for the example. This is actually a format issue in Excel -- it is not being read as a zip code, so there is one simple change you need to make. Right-click on the zip code and select 'Format Cells'. Then in the Number tab, select 'special', and select 'zip code'. Save your changes, and this will change the format to zip code.

Everytime I export UPS shipping data Vendio creates the file. Why should I have to reformat the zip column every time I export my files? The problem is on your end.
