Although everything in our Post Sale Management is correctly marked (to the best of my knowledge, anyway) to calculate our shipping and handling rate accurately, and although our customers are paying the correct amount, when the final total is imported into the Vendio Post Sale Management key, there is always an "overage" marked in red that we cannot get rid of (that is actually the correct shipping and handling rate). Can someone assist me, please?
The only way to avoid seeing this credit would be for the buyer or yourself to go through the vendio checkout process and select the shipping amount they submitted along with their winning bid from outside of the Vendio checkout.
If the item shows a credit of $2.50, the only way to eliminate that is for you or the buyer to go through the Vendio checkout and select a $2.50 shipping option, then confirm the order.
