I had some post sale items disappear from my list. They were items that were not paid for yet. Are they kept on a certain number of days and then archived?

Hello,

The items would have been automatically archived based on the date range set in your preferences, or manually archived before this date.

You can adjust the number of weeks in which to archive your items via the My Account tab, under the Global Preferences link.
