Buyer have paid yet VENDIO has not recorded as paid. Problem?

ORDER 670363592

ORDER 670179986


WBN still not going out automatically!


Problems every day, seriously, this is being more of a problem than an aid. People not completing check out because to WBN sent, unless I sit next to the computer when everything is ending.
Now I failed to print invoices and packing slips. If I hadn't realized I KNEW these people had paid I would be sending them payment reminders!... embarassing, don't you think?

What is the REAL reason for this endless string of problems in the last week???

How were these orders paid? through Vendio checkout? PayPal? Other?

I thought that by mentioning in the subject "PAYPAL Issues" you would assume they had paid via PAYPAL. They paid via PAYPAL.

I also thought that you could go in and figure out if how they completed check out. I guess I figured wrong?

Order ID #670179986 COmpelted VENDIO CHECK OUT

ORDER 670363592 did not complete checkout through VENDIO because it is international.

Both different circumstances, neither payment marked as PAID throught the automated system. I had to go in manually and mark it as PAID.

How many more things should I do manually?
(lets not forget I am sending the WBNs manually too, STILL)

By any chance do you have multiple PayPal accounts? I don't know if this could be the problem but I'm trying to elliminate anything that could be.
I'm not sure what else could be going on here. I'll have to get some assistance with this issue.
Let me know if you have recently changed/moved PayPal accounts or if you have multiple accounts.

No, I don't have multiple PAYPAL accounts. It only did it for these two listings, so far at least.
I have to go back and check PAYPAL every couple of hours and make sure people haven't paid and it hasn't registered in VENDIO.
Haven't recently changed, moved or altered my PAYPAL account.

Hello,

Have you enabled the PayPal IPN service by chance? It should be able to capture all of your combined purchases made even outside of the Vendio checkout.

I have it enabled. It has captured all of them so far EXCEPT these two. One too many if you ask me.
I have been with VENDIO for a long time. This is a new account, but I have another one with you, I know the settings.
