I filed two FVF from vendio and they show that they went out but nothing from ebay in the way of credits. They say they didn't get them?

Hello,
Which items did you send out the FVFs for? I see two in post sale that you sent to eBay, are those the ones?

Sonya

Hi there,
We've checked our logs, and in both cases where the request was sent through our system eBay returned the error "Our records indicate that credit request for this item has already been submitted".
This error indicates that eBay has received a request for the items you specified. Would you mind checking your records again, and please let us know if you are certain that eBay has not received the request (you might even want to ask their customer service department.)
Thanks,
Diana

The same thing happened to me. My last post was on April 17 and I still haven't gotten an answer.

Thanks Diana for checking into the reason for me. It does seem odd that Vendio would not have informed my of these problems? It's not as if I check my statement every day or week? (but I think I may try to do this from now on as there have been so many errors of late) It could have gone unnoticed.
Good news is that ebay checked them out and I finally got the credit

I just filed thru Vendio for 2 auctions on 4/30. It says it was processed but when I checked my EBay invoice neither has been credited.
I didn't do anything on EBay so I think something isn't working right at Vendio.

Hi everybody - we are looking into this now. Thank you for your patience.
Ladyjewels2000, when eBay checked into this, did they see that a request had actually been submitted?
Thanks,
Diana

Hi Diana
I don't really know - I just told them the about the error message that you said you got and next thing I know - I had the credits.
I think this is something you may want to take up with ebay is others are having the same problem
Thanks

Is anything happening on this?
I went on EBay and haven't received the credit.
So I just tried to apply for the credit and it said one has already been filed.
so how do I get my credit?

Hey Denny,
We've determined that there is a glitch in eBay's API that is not submitting requests correctly. We're working with them to get this straightened out, but in the meantime you should be able to have them apply the credit manually. Please contact ebay directly to have the credit applied.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you!
Bob
