Does Vendio not support second chance offers?? We send second chance offers because we have multiple items but these auctions do not show up on the site once the auction closes. It would be nice if we could update these offers through Vendio. Also, is there any chance that the ISBN field will show up in the sales archive reports. We use this field to report our s&h of items on our report and the ISBN field does not show up. Any help is appreciated.
Unfortunately, we do not yet support the listing of second chance offers. We are currently evaluating support for it in the future. For now, when you list a second chance listing, you may use the Import link to get it into your Vendio account so that when it closes, you can use post sale on the item.
Regarding ISBN, I will forward your suggestion on to Product Development for future inclusion in sales reporting.
