Hello,
Even though I have the box checked to have the Winning Bidder Notifications sent to the auction winners automatically, this week they weren't sent out. I haven't had this happen prior to today. The only thing that I have changed recently (within this last week), was to upgrade to the new 6.0 Version. Not sure if that is causing the problem or not, but I would appreciate any help that is offered!

Hello!
Thanks for getting back to me. The item numbers are 3289330566 and
3720547502. After further reading some of the discussions that our also on
the board, I'm guessing that the delay is to allow the customers to use eBay
checkout, then be redirected to Vendio. I wish there was a way to still have
the WBNs sent out earlier, say after 10 min. not 30 min. I specifically ask
buyers not to use eBay checkout, so now I can see that I'm going to be
getting a lot more emails from buyers trying to contact me for the totals
and address. This week it's not bad since I only have two items to worry
about, but during busy weeks this will be a problem. If I uncheck the box for "Redirect", will the WBNs go out asap again after an auction ends?

If you uncheck Checkout Redirect, the next set of listings you launch will have the WBN go out immediately after the end of your listings. There won't be any delay.

Thanks for the help!
Just a suggestion, it might be a good idea to mention by the "Redirect" box that the WBN's will be delayed by about 30 min. Might help others out in the future.
