This is important to me because I rely on the "items to ship" or the "Items awaiting payment" to ship or complain to my customers for lack of payment.
This item 3287606398 was paid with Paypal and it's still in the awayting payment area. Why?
That is a good question. The buyer selected your $3.20 insurance option when they checked out through Vendio, however when they submitted payment to you, they omitted the $3.20 from the insurance field in the process.
This item does show a payment being made, but there is still $3.20 owed (you can see this by clicking on the PSM keys beside this item in post sale/closed.)
