Tonight I have received copies of two (2) WBN for auctions that ended last month - and Vendio is JUST NOW sending them out. Unfortunately for me, one of the WBN just happened to be with a buyer I had many problems with, so it was definitely not my most favorite transaction. Needless to say, I just received a very nasty email from her because she just received the WBN.
Can someone please address this problem? It certainly doesn't project a very professional image - neither on me as a seller who pays for Vendio services nor Vendio itself.

edited to add: one ended April 19, and the other ended April 26 - both are dated May 10, and both are for store sales.
