Ever since Monday, when I upload new images, it reloads each image on the page. Before it was fast and smooth, now it takes longer because each image on the page is being reloaded every time I upload an image.
When I attach an image on the creat an auction page, it reloads each of the images for that auction. For example if I have 4 images for an item, I load the first one, go and load the 2nd one and it reloads the 1st when when attaching the 2nd photo. Never did it before this week, was always fast and smooth.
Apparently this week there was a revision to the Post Sale Invoice. Why does a customer have to click on "Choose Shipping Method" when there is only 1 method offered? If I offer more than 1 route of shipping, I can see that function, but if I only offer 1 route of shipping, why enable it???

Hello,

Did you change anything about your current set up recently -- for example, are you using a new browser or a new version of AOL?

Regarding the 'choose shipping method' option, what is the item number affected? I would like to take a look at this, but need an item number to do so.

I have not done any updating to my browser system. It is really inconvenient for each of the images loading sessions to reload each image on the page. Not fast and smooth as it was prior to Monday.
It is all my Post Sale invoices. You can go in and check any item that is not paid and it shows "Select Shipping Method" on the invoice when I have designated in the creation of the auction that there is only 1 shipping method.
Please check and see what you come up with. The image problem started this week when VD had problems with the system.

Hello,

I checked your post sale and they all appeared with your shipping option automatically chosen. If you've got a specific item number, please let me know what it is so I can check it.

I am not able to replicate the image problem that you described. Are you doing this on Internet Explorer or are you using the AOL browser?

The drop down Shipping Option is on the customer's invoice at the bottom in the lower right hand corner.
Most of my customers do not use the VD checkout, soooo when they pay I go to PSM click on the checkout button and plug in their information. Always before it just showed my 1 choice of shipping IE: Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Now there is this Slect Shipping drop down arrow, still just has my 1 form of shipping, but it is unnecessary. Extra work for me or any customer. You can go into any of my waiting for payment items and they are all like this. Something changed at VD this week, I am not the only experiencing this problem. If the system was not broke, why fix it??? Someone is tweeking something that does not need it.
I use AOL browser.

Hello,

I have checked the ones you asked me to check and I do not see the select shipping text in the drop down -- it goes straight to your 1st and only shipping option. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then going back to one of these checkouts to see if it corrects it and you're able to view the option right away.

Wrong answer. Why is the end result that the consumer needs to clear the browser and cache?? If other consumers are posting the same proplem with the Check Out Invoice, I apparently do not have an isolated problem. Please really look at this and address it appropriately. Why would I contact you if there was not definitely a change in the last week which I do not have control over????
