Do you list your items through Sales Manager or through Sales Manager Pro?
Duplicate listings may result from the following conditions:
1. During the create listing process in Sales Manager, you may have accidentally double-clicked on the "launch" button, or used "stop" and "refresh" if there was a delay.
2. If you used Sales Manager Pro or Business Edition, you may have resynchronized a batch again after an error during synchronization. In this case, some auctions may be uploaded before the error is produced. If you resynchronize without removing these from the batch, they will be duplicated. We recommend checking your online account and/or email account before uploading again if you receive a synchronization error.
3. You may have attempted to list a large volume from Inventory, resulting in a page timeout. The browser error may have instructed you to reload the page, which can result in duplicate listings if you do not check Sales Manager to see if any listings were created before the timeout occurred.
To remove duplicate auctions in your pending list, check the "select" box corresponding to each auction and then use the "delete" button. If the listings are already scheduled for launch, click the Pending link in the left navigation bar, then select the scheduled listings and click the "cancel" button.
Please note that if an auction is already active, you will need to end it early directly at the auction site to avoid any problems. To end an eBay auction early, please visit this URL:

I list my items through sales manager.
I am listing ONE item at the time. 2 items show up on ebay. I just deleted some items in "active" listings--all duplicates that I did not want--I don't know if ebay will charge me for these.
When I looked in "pending" and noticed 2 of the same item again, I tried to delete one and instead BOTh items disappeared.
I cannot list anything on ebay until this problem is solved.
If you get charged you can apply for a refund on eBay. We'll give you a refund for duplicates as well. How did those duplicates in pending get there, were you editing one and hitting the back button and then noticing a second one in pending when you get back to your control panel?
Try clearing cache and cookies, then logging into your Vendio account again -- just to start with a 'clean slate'. Let us know if you continue to have trouble.

This happens frequently to customers who are using the back button on the browser instead of the navigation buttons we provide. During the create listing process, using the back button can duplicate the listing.
Try using the blue navigation button provided by us to get back to the previous page. This should help with your situation.
