If this has been answered before, my apologies.
Is there a way to turn off the buyer's option to send us a message when they're going through checkout? The message's usefulness is diminished by my not being able to respond; I'd really rather that they sent us an email if they have something important to tell us. Email gives us a better audit trail of how we handled the message.
