We have done some investigation into this, and we believe that the error you are receiving is most likely related to the state of your eBay account. To resolve the problem, we would recommend that you go to eBay and create and launch a test listing on their website. If you are able to complete this process without receiving an error from eBay, please write back and let us know as soon as you can.
eBay is in the process of revamping their billing system and you may need to take this step on their site to get your account cleared (note that your account may appear to be up-to-date, and that if you contact eBay they will likely tell you that you should not be having trouble - despite this, you will most likely get a credit card update screen when you actually attempt to create a listing.)

Well, I got it straightened out. It turns out that ebay's new billing system saw me as 60 days overdue on my account and was blocking me. After several calls to ebay, Chris at vendio straightened it out and here's what to do. Go to ebay and click on sell on the tool bar. If instead of a selling form you get something telling you to pay the bill, make a one time payment. It straightened it right out. Meanwhile, I haven't even gotten the invoice from ebay that was supposedly overdue. I just got the April one last week due to their new system. Ah the joys of internet selling!
