Hello
I am having problems with customers living in my state and tax not being added. Some do some don't. Why?

I really would like to have this solved, it is very difficult to go back to a buyer and ask him to pay for tax once he has already paid via PAYPAL or even worse by Money Order or check.

This is really stupid. Why is customer is required to do the calculation? Chris, you go to store to buy something, have you even been asked to enter the whatever percentage rate of sales tax on a keypad? Do you like doing that? That drives people nuts! Give the seller the control to have it set!
