I've spent most of this afternoon trying to list one item. I cannot get a category number to stay in the category box and all the "boxes" next to the category box and beneath it just have broken lines and the word "null". Does anyone have any ideas or is this something that just "happens"? Thank you!

The problem is most likely related to recent changes that eBay made to their category map. If you are unable to load the category page, or the progress bar is halted, please try pressing the ctrl+F5 buttons (simultaneously) on your keyboard. This will force a refresh of the page, and may help with the category loading.
If that doesn't help, please go to the category page and click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files (in the toolbar on your browser.) Next, disable any virus-checker, firewall, and/or ad-blocking software you have installed, then click the "Refresh" button on your browser.
Please let us know if you continue to experience problems loading the categories after taking all above steps.

Hi Darin,
You mis-read my question. I use a WEBTV so I cannot "refresh", "disable", etc. I read another post from 6/19 in which Bob C/S told a poster that at this time Vendio does not actively support WebTv. that's too bad because there are a lot of us out here. I even tried Bob's suggestions to that poster, but to no avail so I will go to PennyThings.com where I have been advised does support WebTv. Thank you!

Bamber, go to thread posted on 4/15, Webtv. I posted a fix that will allow you to enter category #`s, easy to use. Hope this helps, Mike
