Hi. I have just enabled the ebay checkout redirect option in my vendio defaults. What will the customer actually see after the first 2 confirmatory ebay screens they encounter? On the redirect, is the info from the ebay screens extracted into their vendio checkout form for them, or do they still have to fill everything out from scratch as if they did not use the ebay checkout? If not already being done, could not the info from the ebay screen be passed to the vendio checkout form fields as a part of the redirect function?
Thanks.

Hello,

The customer is redirected to Vendio Checkout where they will need to enter their information to complete checkout. I will log a suggestion on your behalf regarding information being passed on from eBay to Vendio Checkout.

Regards,

Sonya

Thanks you very much. The redirect is a wonderful and very welcome addition even as it is. Anything that would make the Vendio checkout seem to be a seamless extension of the eBay checkout process could decrease some of the ire over third party checkouts.
