This is a new feature which allows buyers to enter their credit card information at time of sale and does not require them to sign up for a Paypal account first. This would be a tremendous convenience to buyers and result in more auction/store sales and more money for vendio.
If there are not plans on supporting this during checkout, please log a formal request to do so.
