Hi,
When listing an auction (its in my Pending file now)today, I could not get my Ebay Store categories to appear on the listing page. I haven't change any of my preferences.
However to be on the safe side, I just went into my Ebay site specifics and updated my Ebay Store categories. They appeared on the site specifics page when I did this. Clicked save and then went back to edit that pending auction. Well, they are still not appearing on the listing page. I will be listing several auctions today, please look into this. Thanks.

Hi Gottaluve,
Can you re-enter your eBay information and then try to update your eBay Store categories? I checked your eBay Site Specifics and noticed there were no categories imported. Perhaps an update will allow categories you import to appear properly in eBay Site Specifics, and in your listings.

As I stated already, I have done that.
It was the first thing I thought of to do.
My Ebay site specifics were never change by me, however I did update them just in case.
When I was done they were there(in site specifics) but again will not show up when I'm listing.
They must be disappearing somehow, since you check them soon after I had re-imported them into my specifics. Just listed another auction and it is still a problem.
I have exactly the same problem. Everything was fine yesterday but today the store categories are not showing up. I also tried to reset them in My Account Ebay Specifics but it did not have an effect. Is there a problem? Thank you. the girls
Thank you for your patience. We have escalated this issue as we have been able to see the problem with the missing categories. If you list and choose Category 1, for example, and it corresponds to a category you've set up in ebay, it should list properly...you may want to try that in the meantime. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Same problem - just want to get my name in here, so I'll know when it's taken care of. All I see is catagory numbers.

Same problem here. I even went into "My Account" and indicated I wanted to update my categories and the category names showed, but when I went to relist some listings just the numbers appeared again.
