Hey - I am really am getting frustrated with Vendio services. I have been signed up for several weeks now and would like to use the services to start listing ebay auctions.

However, because I had an AuctionWatch Account several years ago, there is a conflict with eBay, exactly:

"The eBay information that you have entered was previously associated with another Vendio account. Since we do not support the use of one eBay account across multiple Vendio accounts, your previous Vendio account will no longer be able to perform eBay related tasks. You will be unable to list any scheduled items on the other Vendio account, and we will be unable to gather closing listings for post sale automation (WBNs will NOT be sent)."

This is understandable, and not the question. The question is, what do I do to be able to use my current Vendio account on my eBay account?

I emailed Vendio back and forth several times to find out what I need to do here, and can't get any answers, except for this:

EMAIL FROM VENDIO: "We have moved your eBay ID "*****" into your Vendio account "&&&&&".
You will need to log in and go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts
and click the "edit" link next to your eBay ID. Re-enter the password and email address associated with the ID, and save. You may also need to select a payment plan, as customers with existing accounts are not
eligible for the trial plan."

When I did this, there was no place to re-enter the password and email address and save. When I went on, I signed into eBay and got the eBay message above.

Then I got an email from them asking me if I did what they said - and for the second time I told them yes and listed the screens that came up step by step for the second time.

I wanted to list all weekend - now I can't.

Is it just me or is there a communication problem here? I still have HOPE!

Hello,

The issue was that you did have an old account with us which still had your eBay ID stored in it. When we put it in your current account it was never removed from your old account. I have located it and removed it from your old account, and gone ahead and closed that account. If you follow the steps now from the email we sent, you should be able to get the authorization token. Let us know if you have any trouble with this.
