I give up!

I have taken out the PayPal instant pay on over 50 auctions that I tried to launch yesterday and today. I disabled it in my site preferences.

Now I get this error:

Error 10019: You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters.
You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters: <ShippingHandlingCosts>=NULL and <ShippingType>=FLAT_RATE

I would really like the 100 auctions I was planing to launch this weekend but until I get an answer, I can't.

I posted another error on the same auctions yesterday and still do not have a response.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. All of these auctions can once again be seen in my pending.

Please respond.

Hey there,

You have taken out the shipping amount in the immediate payment section, but you didn't turn off the radio button to specify that you don't want immediate payment. Basically, you need to check the radio button that says "I am NOT specifying ebay shipping and payment details." You will need to do this for each of the listing that have failed.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you!

Hi Bob
Thank you for responding. First, these were not launched as fixed auctions. Second, yes, I did in inventory before launching them for the third time.
The problem seems to be that the changes are not holding from the time I launch and the time they get to pending.
Thank you

Hello pgmeunier,

I've checked your account and it appears that you were able to get several listings launched after your post here. I'm assuming that the problem is resolved, but if not - please let us know. I checked your inventory, but you do have numerous inventory items so it would help to have a specific example to look at.

Thanks,

Diana
