My last five eBay auction closings have not had the Winning Bidder Notifications sent out though I have it set to do so with a copy to me. What gives?
It looks like you're using checkout redirect. In this case, if your customer clicks the Pay Now button to check out, no WBN will be sent. If they do not use the Pay Now button within 30 minutes of the auction close, a WBN will be sent. It looks like your buyers have all checked out, so there is no need for a WBN to be sent.

Thanks, Diana, I thought I'd better change that checkout redirect setting when I came across it recently but, WOW, five for five winners since have gone through checkout within 30 minutes! That's pretty impressive. And now that I know what's happening I'll be happy if it keeps up that way.
