Auction closed. WBN sent. Post sale key #1 selected.
Winning bidder completed checkout. Post sale key #2 selected. PayPal checkout sends msg "cannot complete transaction because there is a problem with PayPal e-mail address supplied by customer." I changed my e-mail address to XXX.vendio.com for both PayPal and E-bay. Pay Now link still doesn't work.
My buyer says he paid for item on Jun. 26th
The Paid icon is checked in the post sale summary. Post sale key #3 NOT selected.
I have received no notification of payment received. PayPal shows no record of transaction. Where is the money?
Customer awaiting shipment. I'm awaiting money. Please Help.

Hello,

It sounds like your customer didn't make the payment to you, or a record of it would be in your PayPal account. Please contact your customer and tell them you did not receive the payment -- if they made payment to an invalid or wrong email address they will have to cancel it, and then send you the payment for the item so you can proceed with shipment.
