After I send payment reminder, people ask me of course, all the details of the sale, shipping etc. Or perhaps they didn't pay right away or didn't print the invoice.
How can they go back and look at the checkout? I know I can, of course but where do I send them to look at it?
BTW Would it be too hard to include the item # in the payment reminders? People reply sometimes and I have no idea which item they are refering to.

Hi Charlotts,
The link included in the WBN, if you send them out to customers, can be accessed by the customer even after its been completed. It will show all details about the sale. If you don't send them the WBN and they go through your Checkout button, you can still give them a link to view. Go to your Post Sale Fulfillment Checklist (you can get there by clicking the set of PSM keys for the item) and look for the "Go to buyer checkout" link, toward the top. Clicking on it will open it in a new window -- you can send that URL to your customer.
Regarding your other question, there are several macros you can use in your post sale notifications/reminders -- one of them being %%AuctionID%%. If you go to My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options you'll see a list of these macros plus the default messages for post sale. Scroll to the Payment Reminder message and edit the default, and include the item number somewhere (you can put it in the title, too). This way, your reminders will go out with the item number so you will avoid confusion.
