I get lots of complaints from my customers that they cant " checkout" right after auction ends, the reason for that is Vendio needs 2-3 mins to update its system with closed auction information.
That delay cost me my time to answer emails inquiring: " why checkout does not work ? " I have to reply that " try it now and it should work fine etc."
What can be done? Any suggestions?
p.s. I get at least 1-2 emails like that every day.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We're in the process of changing the error message that your buyers receive when they try to check out before we've received the notification from eBay. This should help the situation, and should be active shortly.
