Hello,

With eBay's new UPI dispute resolution system, you must wait for the buyer to answer to your UPI alert. If there was no answer, you can ask for credit 7 days after starting the dispute.

Thanks,

I have tried to get credit thru the Vendio link after waiting 7 days and I still get an error. Check auction 3685692772. It shows as eligible on MY ebay page but I cannot get credit when trying to do it thru Vendio.

Hello,

Have you tried to file an NPBA prior to the new system? What are you selecting as your reason, through the current system?

Regards,

Sonya

Hello,

If possible, please file the FVF credit request again. Indeed, there is no obvious reason for the API call to fail, especially if the eBay site shows the dispute as Eligible for credit.

Please let us know if this worked. If it fails, we'll investigate further.

Thanks,

-Radu

I have gotten my three nonpaying FVF to be completed - however 3 days after they have been accepted I do not find them taken off my ebay account - why? Also, do I still have to file a separate FVF w/Vendio (as before)? If so what a hassle as we have to look up the auction id # for Vendio. Please let me know why the FVF are not being credited on my ebay account.

Hello,

If eBay has still not credited your FVF's, please copy here the item numbers so that we can investigate the problem in detail. You will need to ask for FVF credit at Vendio separately, indeed.

Thanks,

-Radu

Hello,

I have checked the 3 listings and I can confirm that UPI actions (including requesting the eBay FVF credit) were fully processed on the Vendio side.

If FVF is still not credited at eBay, please contact them about this problem.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks,

-Radu

Are we not paying vendio to be the liaison between us and eBay? I think Vendio would get a better response about this issue from eBay than I would.

Is there a solution yet to his/her problem above? I am interested in this issue as I am experiencing the same problems.

I have to agree with hollywood4you. I do pay Vendio a fair amount of $$$ each month. Each time there is a problem, they want me to first try to deal with ebay. Ebay doesn't want to deal with the sellers - I will get the run around with ebay and promise I will be posting their reponse and asking Vendio to get involved!
