I am noticing that I have had a few feedback comments left for me that were not checked off as being recieved in the post sales management.

Forget the 80% now it is on about 95% of the auctions feedback is not checking off.

Mine aren't being checked off either, but I've started getting an e-mail that feedback has been left.

Don't guess we need more of us piling on, but I came here to see whether I was the only one this was happening to. It would appear not. Have received a bunch of kudos lately, and none has been checked off in Post Sale. Marshall

I am also having the same problem. I sent some "reminders" to people, and they sent some "reminders" back that the feedback was indeed left. It sure made me look and feel like a dummy! We depend on these services to work to help our business run more efficiently and professionally. It would be nice if they worked properly.

Something on eBay's side of things has changed and it's affecting our side of this process. Unfortunately, we're waiting for eBay to figure out what has changed on their end.

OKAY. Since we have had no solution yet I emailed to the powerseller support at eBay to find out what the problem is here with the feedback issue (which BTW is something I think VENDIO should be taking care of). Here was the exact eBay response to me to the problem with feedback not checking off on the Vendio site..........
"Thank you for contacting us. I can understand how this situation would
be frustrating. I'm afraid this is not a matter that eBay would have any
control over. Please understand that vendio is a third party listing
service and we are not responsible for any problems they might be
having. eBay is regularly making upgrades and they are responsible for
keeping their system up to date with ours."
So what is going on at Vendio. I think the ball is in Vendios court to try to repair this feedback problem.
