I just tried to launch again to NO AVAIL! No catagories. I thought I would call you for help but I see now that we have to sign up and pay to get help on the phone. I don't have time for all of this and really need to launch some auctions. Can you PLEASE FIX the catagories section so I can launch auctions? This has never happened before and don't know why it is hapening now.It is MISSING ALL CATAGORIES not just the pottery sections. I have many differnet types of auctions to launch but NO catagories are showing. It is BLANK in that section. Please...is there a number I can call without paying to get it to work? Please help.

Deb: I just posted a note to you in the CATEGORIES GONE thread that I started. Take a look and post back so I'll know if you did the same thing I did. I'm hoping I have found the source of the problem.
