Does anyone know how we can import a custom html ad template to use as our default template? We're rather new to vendio.
Unfortunately at this time the template workshop is not set up to import templates. There is a way around this -- what you can do is, insert the HTML in the item description box and apply the Blank Template to the listing so that your listing will show with your HTML. You will need to insert image HTML within that template, however.
You can also go to your online inventory and create a new item, and save it as a profile item, with that HTML in the item description box. This way, when you start a listing you can apply that profile to it so you don't have to keep copying and pasting HTML.
Our template workshop is very versatile, you might want to try recreating your template in there if the above gets to cumbersome for you. You have the option of uploading your own backgrounds and your logos. Let us know if you need any help with this.
