Hi Guys, eBay last night kicked back two auctions which are relists by the way and listed last time with no problems. The message I received is as follows:

The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:

Error 5112: Attribute Set Id does not match category.
Attribute Set Id "1275" does not match category you have entered. No VCS for primary category. No VCS for secondary category. Attribute System Version 2682.
Note: this error may be related to the Item Specifics content you entered. Please review content in 'other' fields in the Item Specifics section for validity and number of characters.
Now there is no reason why this should have kicked back. My category is correct at #1044 which is Pottery and China-Art Pottery-European Art. I know there has been problems recently with Pottery and China but thought that these problems have been resolved. The two auctions were for a majolica elephant and a majolica sanglier. Please take a look and see if you can find any problems and if there are please tell me what to do to correct them. In the interim I have relisted them. Thanks, Steve Ebay strikes again. Oh, by the way what is VCS?

Hey guys, this is not like you. I posted this thread in the early AM. It is now about 12 hours later and no answer. Please advise if this can be fixed or are they going to error out again? Steve

Hi Steve,

My apologies for the delay. I checked your account and see you've got some items scheduled and some not scheduled. If the ones that errored are in the Pottery and Glass category, you may need to either recreate the item from scratch or relist it directly in eBay and import the relist to your Vendio account. We are currently working to resolve the error caused by the recent elimination of item specifics from the Pottery and Glass categories.

You are on a premium plan so if you relisted on eBay and imported those relists into your Vendio account, you wouldn't have to worry about any image hosting charges. I know this is an inconvenience but we do hope to have this resolved soon. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya, sorry for my computer dumbness but I have no idea what you mean by importing the ebay relists into Vendio. How do I do that. Please advise. Thanks, Steve

Hi again Sonya, wasn't sure if you could get back to me in time for tonights listings to go through. So I just cut and pasted the text into brand new auctions. Lets see if eBay figures out a way to mess these up. I honestly believe at eBay there is some little villian in a long black coat-black top hat-greasy moustache and a leering grin that says lets see what we can do to today to P...O.. Vendios customers. Steve

Hi Steve,

In Sales Manager, there is a link just underneath the tabs called "Import my Listings". If you'd relisted one of the items on eBay, you can come back to that link and click it and follow the steps listed for importing. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Regards,

Sonya
