Ok, I am seriously gonna cry here. I have tried every auction service available and Vendio seemed to be the affordable, reliable and easy-to-use solution for me. But no...nothing ever goes as plans.

Problem #1 - my customers were getting emails with no link to the checkout.

Problem #2 - I received 30 paypal payments in one night but it only showed as one, so it automatically sent my "reminder" email to 29 people who had already paid. There's 29 potential lost futures sales

Problem #3 - the people who did manage to get through checkout were gracious enough to let me know that they hate Vendio checkout and could I please bring back eBay's checkout.

Problem #4 - I decided to shut off and quit using the manager completely. I mainly just need the scheduling & picture service. But nope, no go.

Now everything I launched is getting a WBN, Payment reminder and even after they have received the merchandise. I shut off all the options, and it's still working.

Can you guys STOP the flow??? I'm irritating customers left and right and it's not even my fault. I'm paying 1.25% per listing to not get a return customer??? How fair is that?

Can someone please give me a clue as to what is going on? I have archived an entire 2 weeks of stuff in hopes it would stop the emails, etc. It's not...can you please fix it...before I loose an entire's week worth of reputation????

Change your eBay password and don't tell Vendio. It'll stop quick enough.

Ok, I think I've solved the problem for your checkouts. I've turned off all the reminders and WBNs for your account. Please keep a close look on these and contact us immediately if you see these are still going out. From My end, everything looks right after the changes I made.
