I specified in my auction that I only wish to ship within the U.S. I sold to an international customer after he agreed to the extra shipping costs. I cannot modify the packing slip to accept his shipping information if shipping costs are calculated. Is there a way to change a customer from a domestic one to an international one?
You can edit shipping for a WBN -- you must first deselect steps 1 and 2 of your PSM keys. To do this, click on the set of post sale keys, to reach the Fulfillment Checklist. Then, deselect steps 1 and 2. After you do this, click the edit icon for step 1, and add in your international shipping option. After you do this, save your changes, then recheck step 1. If you want you can then resend the WBN to the customer, or you can edit step 2 and check off the new shipping option.
