I have downloaded the Image Publisher several times and the program appears to go through the process of uploading (downloading?) my images and then I can't find them anywhere. When I want to put an image in a listing I get this browse button thing that tells me to look for the images on my own hard-drive. What is the point of publishing the photos on the Web if the photos are still coming from my hard drive? Help! I've sent several customer service e-mails and no response. I'm wasting time, money. Also, customer service e-mails replies appear to be set up to go to my vendio e-mail address and I have no idea how to read my Vendio e-mail. There's nothing in my inbox on the Customer Manager tab. That's where we pick up Vendio e-mail, right? I'm not signing up for more services if the ones I have don't work.
When you are using the image xpress publisher, you are to browse for the folder, find the images you want to upload, select Vendio as the place to publish them to, and proceed with selecting size and such and it will upload the photos to your Vendio account. If you continue to have trouble please outline the steps you have taken up to where the problem occurs.
Regarding email -- clicking the Customer Manager tab will allow you to retrieve emails from us. It doesn't sign you up for the service so its safe to click on. When you wrote us, did the submission appear to go through? Were all fields filled out?
