Are we having problems again with Ebay.
Customer can not pay as his closed auction is not showing up on my post-sale. I imagine there is some error again??

Well, I changed my email address three weeks ago, but when I checked, it prompted me to reverify my information and update my token at Ebay. Hopefully, this solves the problem.
Why wasn't this prompt made when I originally changed my email address here at Vendio?
Just curious why it came up three weeks after the fact. Been using Vendio all this time without a problem...
I believe the message appears when you try to do something that would require a log in -- like launch a listing, or end of listing. I am not positive though so if you'd really like to know the answer I'll need to check into this more for you.

Thanks for your response. It appeared as soon as I logged in. I had a end of transaction notice from Ebay and my customer emailed me that she could not check out, so I logged in see if I could find the problem.
Saw the message upon logging in. Once I reverified my information, the sale came up in post sale after I refreshed.
Hopefully, now that I verified once again, the problem will not return.
