I have slowly been noticing that a certain number of my items are not selling. . . I looked for them in my inventory, an "ah ha" they can't sell if they are not in inventory. Well, I thought that I was being dumb and forgot to load them. This is not the case, I discover after spending 2 hours reloading less than half of them. They are listed in my ebay store and I listed all of those in my store from inventory. What is going on?? do I have to reload all these missing items?
So far I have spent 4 to 5 hours on this.
Just noticed that I have now double listed some of these into ebay store. . . I will need a refund for that please.

Hello,
Inventory items cannot be deleted on their own, they can only be deleted by the account owner. Do you have specific examples you can reference, so we can check into this problem further?
To obtain a refund for the duplicates you may use this form:

Some of the items that are still missing, but are in ebay store (some double)are:
SKU # (in the SKU column and in the title):
L23
L24
L25
L26
L27
L28
L29
L30
L31
L32
This is a short list, there are still about 25 listings that this is the case. I have not deleted anything from inventory, I never do, if something is out of stock or I don't want to list it anymore, I move it to another folder.
As far as the refund is concerned for double listings, my request is that you take care of it for me as I don't have the time to do this extra work, on top of reloading all the missing items. Please help, what is happening?
