Hi guys, just wanted to thank you for offering the services of DSI package insurance in your seller resource section. As a shipper from France I have always had the problem of the French Postal Service insuring for lost packages but not for breakage. Their reasoning is that "if it arrives broken then you didn't pack it well enough". Go argue with that kind of logic! So every time I ship something very fragile I hold my breath until it safely arrives. I have been emailing back and forth with Ron Gonen of DSI and he has been most helpful and very nice and the service they offer and pricing is terrific. Within 48 hours I'm all set up and ready to go with covered package insurance. They offer even better deals for stateside insurance. I think every heavy usage seller should check them out.
